Excluded Days from 1 May 2024 to 16 May 2024

In response to feedback received from stakeholders, the Registrar has issued Registries Practice Direction No. 2 of 2024 to supersede Registries Practice Direction No. 1 of 2024. The PD specifies that the period of 1 to 13 May 2024 (both dates inclusive) are excluded days for all business under the IP Acts and Rules, except for the business listed in Section A, paragraph 6 of the PD. It further specifies that 14 to 16 May 2024 (both dates inclusive) are excluded days for all business under the IP Acts and Rules, where the time for doing the business expires on any of these dates and where the business was not done by the date upon which the time for such business expires.
