Since 1998, Prima Taste has embarked on the mission to preserve the heritage and tradition of Singapore food, and make them available to the world. To preserve our heritage dishes, Prima Taste painstakingly uncovered the recipes of Singapore favourites such as Laksa, Curry, Chilli Crab, Prawn Noodles, Char Kway Teow and etc, created these classic recipes and codified the recipes for commercialisation.

To date, Prima Taste is the most widely distributed range of authentic Singapore food in the world. Products are widely distributed to major supermarkets and online stores in more than 40 markets, including USA, Canada, UK, Australia, China and Japan. The brand’s LaMians have been consistently crowned the top “Instant Noodle of All Time” by The Ramen Rater since 2013. Proprietary information and processes go into the makings of these products; ingredients are sourced across remote areas in Asia with supplier list kept confidential.

Prima Taste’s global expansion is three-pronged and closely aligned to their IP commercialisation strategy – they have retail products for the consumers and food service solutions for restaurant and cafe operators.
