Refund is generally not allowed. However, these exceptions may apply:

• You have made duplicate payment for a form.

• You have filed duplicate forms.

• You have submitted a form which cannot be processed.

• The IPOS examiner has not started work on your request for a search and/or examination report for a patent application.
