Updated Practice Direction: New forms available on IPOS Digital Hub

From 8 December 2023, new IP-related forms will be available on IPOS Digital Hub, which will become the default mode for filings. Exceptions and transitional arrangements are in place until 15 December 2023.
New forms will be launched on IPOS Digital Hub from 8 December 2023. The new forms are:
Patents | PF35, PF58, HC1, HC3, HC4, HC5, HC6, Request for Composition of an offence, CM10 |
Trade Marks | MP2, MM22, MM24, HC4, HC5 |
Designs | HC4, HC5, CM10 |
Plant Varieties Protection | PVP1, PVP2, PVP4, PVP5, PVP6, PVP7, PVP8, PVP9, PVP10, PVP11, PVP12, PVP13, PVP14, PVP15, PVP16, PVP17, PVP18 |
Geographical Indications | GI2, GI3, CM4, CM5, CM12, CM13, GI13, HC1, HC3, HC5, HC6 |
Patent Agent | PAD, PAE, PAF, PAG, PAH |

From 8 December 2023, IPOS Digital Hub will be the default filing mode for all forms/documents, with the exception of Inspection of register under Section 40 of the Plant Varieties Protection Act and Patents Form PF56 under Section 26 of the Patents Act. The default filing mode of Inspection of register under Section 40 of the Plant Varieties Protection Act and Patents Form PF56 under Section 26 of the Patents Act remains as FormSG.
We will, however, continue to accept the forms listed in the table above via FormSG until 15 December 2023, 2359hrs.
