IPOS Services During Phase 2 (Heightened Alert)

IPOS continues providing uninterrupted services during Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) from 16 May to 13 June 2021. Filing for patents, trademarks, and other IP matters can be done online, while face-to-face services remain unavailable.
Following the announcement by the Government on Phase 2 Heightened Alert, IPOS’ services will continue uninterrupted from 16 May to 13 June 2021.
Filing of Patents, Trademarks & Registered Designs
You can continue to use our online portal, IP2SG (opens in new tab), and our mobile app, IPOS Go, to file your applications. For payment requests or submissions not available on IP2SG (opens in new tab), you may lodge them via FormSG (opens in new tab).
Filing of Geographical Indications & Plant Varieties
Please file your applications for Geographical Indications and Plant Varieties protection via FormSG (opens in new tab). Please contact us at ipos_enquiry@ipos.gov.sg (opens in new tab) if you would like to submit your applications manually.
IP Business Clinics
IP Business Clinics will continue to be conducted via video-conferencing while our eAppointments will be carried out over the phone or through video-conferencing.
Face-to-face consultations
Commissioner for Oath services and all face-to-face consultations will remain unavailable until further notice.
