Circular: Excluded days

3 June 2022

From 6 to 8 June 2022, the Registrar has designated these dates as excluded days for IP filings under specific registries. During this period, submissions may be affected, and alternative filing methods may be required.

Excluded Days
The Registrar has issued Registries Practice Direction (No. 3 of 2022) [PDF, 100 KB] to specify 6 June 2022 to 8 June 2022 as excluded days.

This means that the period from 6 June 2022 to 8 June 2022 (both dates inclusive) will be a period of excluded days.
