Enterprises need to be effective in IA/IP commercialisation to realise the value of their investments into R&D and innovation. The ones which are able to protect and use their IA/IP, such as brands, technologies, content, and data, will have a competitive edge in the global market. We will do more to help enterprises use and commercialise their IA/IP assets to grow their business.

With IA/IP becoming critical value-drivers of the global economy, IA/IP valuation and disclosure will be increasingly important. Over the next decade, we will focus on building a credible and trusted IA/IP valuation ecosystem, to encourage and facilitate transactions, and help enterprises effectively unlock the value of their IA/IP.

Develop a credible and trusted IA/IP valuation ecosystem
