WIPO-ASEAN Mediation Programme (AMP+)

Access funding to mediate your IP disputes in ASEAN.

Businesses in ASEAN can resolve their IP and technology disputes through the WIPO-ASEAN Mediation Programme (AMP+) until 31 December 2026 or until the AMP+ fund is drawn down, whichever is earlier.

AMP+ offers funding for intellectual property (IP) and technology-related mediations administered by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center's (WIPO Center) Office in Singapore.

Funding covers two areas:

  1. Mediation for disputes: Funding is provided for cases where parties are involved in an IP or technology dispute.

  2. Deal mediation: Funding is also available to facilitate contract negotiations where parties cannot agree on contractual terms. 

Basic funding by WIPO is up to SGD 5,000 per mediation case. Where a Singapore-based mediator is appointed, the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) makes available additional funding of up to SGD 2,000, so that the maximum funding is up to SGD 7,000.
