Keoy Soo Earn

Soo Earn has more than 30 years of professional experience. Throughout his career, Soo Earn has handled numerous valuation and modelling engagements for M&A, regulatory & taxation, and financial reporting purposes. Given his Technical expertise, he has acted as an independent expert on valuation and accounting matters for a number of dispute cases. He has also gained extensive experience in advising investors and lenders in domestic and cross border M&A transactions as well as supporting vendors and entrepreneurs in divesting their business and accessing growth capital.

Soo Earn was a work group founding member and advisory council member of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore from 2013 to 2018. He was a member of the Financial Reporting Committee of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants from 2011 to 2018 and chaired the Valuation sub-committee from 2011 to 2017. He has served as a Board member and Audit Committee Chairman of the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore from 2011 to 2017.

He has also served as a Board Member of CFA Society Singapore from 2006 to 2014 and currently serves as a Member of the Audit Committee since 2020. He is a member of the Panel for the Copyright Tribunals, Ministry of Law since 2018.
