Chew Kiat is currently a Research Director, Department of Paediatrics, NUHS and Assistant Dean (Graduate Studies), Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. His research interest is in cardiovascular genomics and he is the Principal Investigator of the ongoing Singapore Coronary Artery Disease Genetics Study (SCADGENS). He is also the Singapore representative for several international genetic epidemiology consortia. His research achievements were recognised with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine Research Excellence Award for AY2018/2019.
