• Perform business/equity valuation relating to M&A purposes, internal restructuring, SGX Circulars and expert witness for shareholders’ disputes

• Oversee financial due diligence projects on targets in Singapore and Asian region

• Perform PPA valuation of intellectual property rights and intangibles for financial reporting and tax reporting

• Perform valuation of biological assets for financial reporting

• Provide pre-IPO assessment and corporate advisory for growing SMEs

• Advise on Business Plan and Information Memorandums for fund raising

• Perform process consulting and documentation of SOPs for a few listed companies and private companies
