Chuanjie has lead valuation and complex engagements for various purposes including business strategy, transactions, tax planning and statutory compliance, restructuring, capital market, mergers and acquisitions and financial reporting.

Chuanjie has experience in the valuation of companies, equity interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, financial instruments, convertible loans, preference shares and equity options.
