Jason has over 20 years of professional experience with Savills, a Big 4 accounting firm and a regional law firm and has been involved in various assurances, financial advisory and business valuation engagements. Jason has lead valuation and complex engagements for various purposes including business strategy, transactions, tax planning and statutory compliance, restructuring, capital market, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and dispute resolution.

Jason has experience in the valuation of companies, equity interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, financial instruments, convertible loans, preference shares and equity options. Jason has worked with companies from various industries in the US, China, Singapore, Vietnam, and in the region. His clients include SMEs, GLCs, MNCs, public listed groups, and government agencies.

Jason is one of the co-authors of a book on “Business Valuation”.

Jason is a member of the Learning & Assessment Working Group of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore (IVAS). Jason is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA), a Certified Patent Valuation Analyst, a Chartered Accountant, ISCA Financial Forensic Professional, and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb).
