Christopher is a member of the IVAS Council. He is also the Chairman of the IVAS Learning and Assessment Working Group. He is also a certified Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) by the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore (IVAS).
Christopher is a Partner in PwC’s Valuation practice in Singapore. Christopher has amassed over 20 years of valuation experience covering valuations across the entire deal spectrum. Christopher advises clients on complex accounting and valuation matters, such as those relating to business combinations, structuring of acquisition debt/equity instruments, Purchase Price Allocation exercise, intellectual property valuation, goodwill impairment test and application of IFRS.
