Andre Toh is the Asia Pacific Leader for Valuation, Modelling & Economics and a Partner of Ernst & Young in Singapore with more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, fund-raising related valuation engagements involving businesses and intellectual properties. He is also the EY ASEAN SaT market segment leader for Government & Public Sector.
Andre has worked on several litigation support and valuation engagements as Independent Expert in front of the arbitral tribunals in the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and trial judges in the High Court of Singapore. These engagements relate to accounting and valuation matters in assessing damages, independent valuation reviews, feasibility of business models, distribution of assets, allocation of expenses, re-construction of accounts and financial forecasts.
He also speaks regularly in forums and conferences on valuations and has written various articles on this topic.
