IPOS and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) have collaborated to offer a Joint WIPO-IPOS Open-Ended List of Experts Specialised in IP Valuation.

IPOS and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) have collaborated to offer a Joint WIPO-IPOS Open-Ended List of Experts Specialised in IP Valuation.

All of the experts on this list must be based in Singapore and fulfil the following criteria:

(a) Prior experience acting as an expert witness or assessor (i.e., provided oral evidence as an expert witness in court or arbitration tribunal); OR
(b) Minimum 10 years of experience in IA/IP valuation and completed relevant course(s) as recognised by IPOS. Please refer to the list of recognised courses here [PDF, 132 KB].
