Zachary is an associate in Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP. He handles a broad range of non-contentious and contentious matters within the areas of intellectual property, Sports and gaming. He has experience in intellectual property prosecution, portfolio management, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting and drafting of intellectual property assignment agreements. He has also appeared for clients before the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore and the High Courts.
Zachary graduated from the University of Oxford and obtained his LLM in Competition, Information and Innovation Law from New York University with a focus on intellectual property.
