How To Create And Manage An IPOS Digital Hub Account:
You may refer to this guide on registering, accessing and managing your IPOS Digital Hub (IDH) account.

Note for CorpPass Users:
Please ensure that the IPOS Digital Hub eService is enabled in your CorpPass account. You may enable the eService via CorpPass’ website here, and use the eService ID (IPOS-IP4SG-CP) with eService Name (Digital Hub - New National Registry System (IP4SG)).

For on-the-go access to key functions in the IPOS e-services portal (IPOS Digital Hub), and timely status updates on your IP filings.

Use it for filing new trade mark applications, IP renewals (trade marks, patents, designs) and IP searches.

IP Legal Clinic

Notice: IP Legal Clinic will be on recess from 1 October 2024 to 15 January 2025.  For enquiries, please email us at ipclinic@ipos.gov.sg

Get preliminary advice from a lawyer on legal issues that you may face. Our panel of Clinic lawyers can advise on areas such as IP infringement, opposition, invalidation and revocation.

Only Singapore citizens or Permanent residents and/or Singapore registered businesses are eligible for consideration to attend the IP Legal Clinic.

Duration: 45 min
Cost: $200 - $500 (Payable to consulting law firm. Reimbursable by IPOS.)

The form will take about 5 minutes to complete. Please have the following with you before making an appointment:

  • IP application/registration numbers, if applicable.
  • Details of the other party involved.

To prevent any conflict of interests, the IPOS-appointed law firm may reach out to verify your personal details before proceeding with the IP Legal Clinic. Should there be a conflict of interest, the law firm will cancel your booking, and you will have to make a new appointment with a lawyer from a different law firm.

IPOS has partnered the Singapore Management University’s Yong Pung How School of Law (SMUYPHSL) to pilot the Mentoring IP Leaders programme (IP MILE), an initiative to grow Singapore’s IP talent pool. A law student from the programme may attend your session to be mentored by the law firm.

IP Business Clinic

Our IP Business Clinic offers consultations on IP strategies and other IP-related business concerns. This service allows Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents and/or Singapore registered businesses to speak with a professional consultant. 

This 45-minute complimentary session allows you to discuss IP strategies and options for businesses with the consultant. Areas of expertise include advisory on IP issues in overseas markets, IP Commercialisation, IP Intelligence, Audit and Valuation, and IP Strategy and IP Portfolio Management.

Duration: 45 min
Cost: Complimentary
