Search for Patent Agents/Foreign Patent Agents
These lists contain all registered Patent Agents and Foreign Patent Agent as at 2026.
Only registered patent agents who have in force a practicing certificate[1] can conduct patent agency work and describe themselves as patent agents.
Advocates and solicitors who have in force a practicing certificate may also conduct patent agency work; however, they will not be allowed to describe themselves as patent agents.
Reference is made to Section 105 of the Patents Act (CAP. 221).

Patent agent forms
Submission to be made via GoBusiness
Patent agent Forms A and C are to be submitted at the GoBusiness portal. SingPass login will be required to make submissions via the GoBusiness Portal.
Submissions to be made to IPOS
For other patent agent forms, please submit your forms at our e-service portal IPOS Digital Hub.
For customers with IPOS Digital Hub account, the acceptable modes of payment can be found here.
For customers without IPOS Digital Hub account, we will get back to you shortly on your request and the method of payment.
