IPOS Appoints New IP Adjudicators 2022

IPOS has appointed six distinguished legal and intellectual property professionals to its panel of IP Adjudicators. These appointments will take effect from 1 April 2022 for a term of two years.

The three new appointees are:
Vince has adjudicated a wide range of civil and commercial disputes. Before his appointment to the bench, he was an advocate and solicitor specialising in commercial litigation. He had also served as a Justice’s Law Clerk of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
Prior to her present appointment as Senior Consultant, Ai Ming was Deputy Managing Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property & Technology Group at Rodyk & Davidson.
Ravindran has specialised in intellectual property law since his call to the Singapore Bar in 1988. He has written “Trade Marks Act – A Commentary”, published by LexisNexis and is also the author of the Trade Marks chapter of Halsbury’s Laws of Singapore. He founded his law firm in 1993.
The following IP Adjudicators have completed their two-year term and are re-appointed to the new panel of 2022:

The panel of IP Adjudicators will help advance Singapore’s development as a global IP dispute resolution hub, as enterprises look to Singapore as a choice venue for efficient and quality IP dispute resolution.
