Updates Regarding Our Services Following the COVID-19 Circuit Breaker
We wish to remind our customers and stakeholders that the excluded days period that was declared via Registries Practice Direction No. 2 of 2020 in relation to the nationwide extended circuit breaker will end on 4 June 2020.
If you have an outstanding deadline falling between 7 April to 4 June 2020 inclusive and have not responded to us yet, please do so by 5 June 2020. Should you require more time, please file for an extension of time, where applicable.
Our physical office remains closed to the public but our online portal, IP2SG, at www.ip2.sg and mobile app, IPOS Go, continue to be available. Business and legal clinics will be conducted via tele-conferencing, while e-appointments will be conducted through telephone calls and/or email.

Our Commissioner for Oath services and all face-to-face consultations will remain unavailable until further notice. However, the following services will resume on 5 June 2020:
*Manual submissions (post, hand, courier) relating to Patents, Trade Marks and Registered Designs, as well as all facsimile transmissions, will only be accepted from 5 to 15 June 2020.
We will begin to accept submissions via FormSG from 5 June 2020 as an alternative filing mode and cease to accept all facsimile submissions from 16 June 2020. Additionally, any manual (post, hand, courier) submissions relating to Patents, Trade Marks and Registered Designs will similarly no longer be accepted from 16 June 2020.
