Relief Measures for COVID-19

In view of the nation-wide effort on COVID-19 announced by the government, effective from 7 April 2020, IPOS will be taking further steps to protect the well-being of our employees, customers and stakeholders.

Our physical office will be closed, but our teams will continue to work from home to support all our customers.

Our e-filing services will continue to operate. We will extend all filing deadlines to 8 May 2020, for those required to respond between 7 April 2020 to 7 May 2020 inclusive. This extended deadline also applies to cases under our Hearings and Mediation Department.

You may refer to Registries Practice Direction No. 1 of 2020 here for further details.

We encourage you to use our online portal, IP2SG, at www.ip2.sg, or our mobile app IPOS Go, for your submissions.

All e-appointments will be conducted via telephone calls and/or email while all business and legal clinics will be conducted via tele-conferencing. We will also suspend all face-to-face consultations until further notice.
