Our filing services during COVID-19
IPOS is committed to the well-being of our employees, customers and stakeholders, and various measures have been put in place to ensure that health and safety guidelines are observed while we continue to provide our filing services.
IPOS’ online services remain available. In view of the current situation, you are encouraged to use our online portal, IP2SG, at www.ip2.sg, or our mobile app IPOS Go, for your submissions as far as possible. Where these options are unavailable, please file your submissions by post.
If you need more time beyond existing deadlines due to the circumstances of the COVID-19 situation, please file the relevant form to request for an extension of time. If you are unable to file for an extension of time, please write to us at email@example.com and we will look to address the issue accordingly.
As this is a fast-evolving situation, we are closely monitoring the state of affairs and will continue to provide updates via our website.
