IPOS warmly welcomes three new board members, Mr Ali Ijaz Ahmad, Mr Eric Teo, and Ms Neo Gim Huay, who will be joining us on 1 April 2017.
Mr Ali Ijaz Ahmad is the co-founder and CEO of Singapore-based Makara Capital. A global financial services company specialising in fund management, private equity as well as structuring and financing with a core focus on innovation, infrastructure and energy. Mr Ahmad was also a member of the Sub-Committee on the Future Economy (CFE) focused on Future Corporate Capabilities and Innovation.
Mr Eric Teo is an adjunct Associate Professor from the Nanyang Business School. Recognised globally and consistently as a top-tiered business school, Nanyang Business School is one of the most established and comprehensive providers of business and management education in the Asia-Pacific. Mr Teo is also an adjunct Associate Professor at Murdoch University’s School of Business and Governance.
Ms Neo Gim Huay sits on the senior management team of Temasek International. A local-based investment company, Temasek International’s portfolio covers a broad spectrum of industries, most of which are in Asia and Singapore. Ms Neo’s work includes developing new businesses, building capabilities of portfolio companies, and promoting sustainability strategies and initiatives.
