(a) the directory of IP Service Providers has been provided as a convenience and on an "as is" basis;
(b) IPOS makes no representation or warranty, and hereby excludes all representations and warranties implied or express, as to the accuracy, completeness, correctness, reliability, timeliness, quality or fitness for any particular purpose of any information relating to any entity listed in the directory, including, without limitation, whether any entity is able or qualified to carry out the services in respect of which it is listed; and
(c) The listing of any entity in the directory is not, and should not be taken as, an endorsement or approval by IPOS of such entity, or its services or activities. By relying on such information and/or the services provided by any entity in the directory, you do so at your own risk.
Please also note that only certain persons and entities are entitled to act as advocates and solicitors and patent agents in Singapore. For further details, please refer to the Legal Profession Act (Cap. 161) and the Patents Act (Cap. 221), respectively. Where in doubt as to whether any entity in the directory of IP Service Providers is qualified to act as an advocate and solicitor or a patent agent, or to perform the services in respect of which it is listed, you should verify this independently for yourself.
