Patent Agents Qualifying Examination Bodies

The Registrar has established the following bodies in order to assist him in the conduct of the Patent Agents Qualifying Examination:

The Examination Board
It deliberates and decides on all matters and issues submitted to its attention by the Examination Committee or Examination Secretariat, which include the recommendations put forth by the Examination Committee on each candidate's performance subsequent to the marking of his answers.

It comprises of four members, with the Registrar presiding as the Chairperson:
