PCT Fees

The PCT Request Form is available at the IPOS counter and can also be downloaded from the World Intellectual Property Organization website.

    (a) if the international application contains not more than 30 sheets

    1,905 (with effect from 1 Jan 2012)

    (b) if the international application contains more than 30 sheets
    1,905 plus 21 for each sheet in excess
    of 30 sheets (with effect from 1 Jan 2012)

    1The international filing fee is reduced by SGD 143 (with effect from 1 Jan 2012), if the international application is, as provided for in the Administrative Instructions, filed on paper together with a copy in electronic form, in character coded format, of the request and the abstract(i.e. using PCT-EASY).

    2From 1 July 2008, the international filing fee (including the fee for each sheet in excess of 30 sheets) is reduced by 90% if the international application is filed by an applicant who is a natural person and who is a national of and resides in Singapore. If the international application is, as provided for in the Administrative Instructions, filed on paper together with a copy in electronic form, in character coded format, of the request and the abstract, the 90% fee reduction will be applied after the SGD 143 (with effect from 1 Jan 2012) reduction.
