One of our core services is the provision of a one-stop place for the filing and registration of patents, trade marks, designs and plant varieties.
We also conduct hearings and mediations for IP disputes and provide copyright-related services such as managing the copyright tribunal, which handles disputes between copyright owners and users. Network Service Providers (NSPs) can also enjoy the limited liability for the infringement of copyright content by notifying us of the Designated Representative (DR), which will be listed in our Directory of Designated Representatives.
We have set up an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Advisory Committee to address cross border disputes, particularly within the Asia region.

eDesigns systems to file for your IP online. In addition, you can also conduct free IP searches and access published
eJournals within the same system. You can also check on the status of your application, renewal dates and other information related to your application via the system.

online payment to us by using internet modes of payment such as eNets or eNets Internet Banking and Credit/Debit cards.
