The IPOS corporate planning cycle FY2010 included environment scanning, management-level brain-storming, departmental work-planning, corporate work-planning, and the communication of corporate work plans at the annual Work Plan Seminar. The Corporate Retreat, which was held in June 2010, saw the Management conducting a fundamental review of IPOS' work. This resulted in the formulation of the IPOS Strategy Map and the IPOS Strategic Plan for FY2011-2013. The former enables better preparation of work plans and better prioritisation of resources, while the latter guides IPOS in its annual corporate planning process.
